How will I impact the business?

As Business Development Specialist Associate (Inside Sales), you partner with senior sales staff to identify and research prospective clients. You will:

  • Prospect potential clients via warm calls, emails, networking and referrals.
  • Promote and explains events and services to potential and current clients.
  • Obtain and verifies customer information.
  • Submit all contacts and documentation in a timely manner to CRM.
  • Record customer details including reaction to the event or service offered.
  • Remind and confirms customer attendance to events.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
  • Conduct customer and marketing surveys.
  • Contact customers to follow up on events attended.

Do I have what it takes to be considered?
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a professional services organization.
  • 1 + years’ telephone sales experience preferred.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.   • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
