Do I have what you need?

You're Educated to a degree level, or with equivalent experience in a similar industry or company of comparable size.

If you have further professional qualifications in H&S, Security or Risk, that would be a real advantage.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • You can analyse data quickly and make relevant decisions; you can then communicate these effectively to a mixed audience.
  • Your company & market knowledge is second to none. You are a real expert in your arena and it's this that makes your our mentor. Your clear focus is on customer service and delivery of real plans. You're highly organised and work well with others. Having a strategic plan and creative thinking will make our change work.
  • 5 years related experience of BCP experience preferably within a insurance broking environment
  • Understanding of current Regulations and requirements
  • Experience of driving sustainable change to bring efficiencies and assist the Company's profitability
  • Dedicated can-do attitude
  • High level of professionalism, trust and integrity
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
