About the role

The primary purpose of the Bid Coordinator role is to work closely with the Senior Bid Manager and collaborate with a wide range of colleagues to produce, project manage and take full ownership of high quality, tailored bids.


About you

You will be an experienced Bid Coordinator ensuring bid excellence to win new strategic clients and demonstrating:

  • Management of the formal bid process and developing bid responses
  • Developing robust response plans to organise resources and reviews
  • Ensuring compliance with bid requirements
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop high level presentations
  • Developing client value propositions
  • Ensuring high quality content is presented at all times and meets client requirements
  • Contributing to improving the bid process and win rates
  • Insurance or professional services experience
  • InDesign skills (desirable)
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or related discipline is highly advantageous
