Gallagher’s Aviation team in the Sunshine Coast are looking for an administration professional to join their team.  This is a busy role with a high volume of administration and data entry which requires someone with strong attention to detail.

What is the role?
As our new Assistant Account Executive, you will process policy documents as well as provide flexible support to the Account Executives (Insurance Brokers) by assisting with the daily account management and administration of existing and new clients’ insurance policies.

On a day to day basis, this role will see you:
  • Undertaking data entry of policy processing documents with speed, accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Obtaining further information for incomplete policy documents
  • Verifying policy data and correcting data where necessary
  • Providing administrative support with invoices, quotes, premium and adjustments calculations
  • Managing the debtor process
  • Liaising and maintaining relationships with both clients & insurers as well as your own internal colleagues
  • Acquiring an awareness of the industry and our clients’ businesses and insurance needs

  • Experience in high volume data entry and administration 
  • Experience in a commercial insurance broking environment with Tier 1 qualifications advantageous
  • A passion for client servicing and sales
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
