Required Experience:

  • 7+ years Health and Benefits experience
  • Client facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the Health and Benefits discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or JD is preferred
  • Active Life and Health license or willingness to obtain
  • Professional designation may be preferred, including CEBS, CPCU, CIC or ARM

This position will receive a base salary plus production bonus based upon the amount of business brought into the firm.
