Position Summary:

 

The Lead Developer will be joining a growing development team as we build and maintain web portals, system integrations and other custom development for our business units. This person will direct, design, code, test, debug and maintain a set of complex computer programs. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

·         Develop web portals, system integrations and/or custom programs with high quality and meet requirements and business objective

·         We are looking for someone with Micro-services experience and expertise

·         We primarily develop using the following technologies:  C#, Angular, .NET, SQL Server, Javascript, and Asp.net.

·         Regularly provides coaching, technical guidance and training to less-experienced developers

·         Accountable to your project team in meeting timeline, scope and budget expectations

·         Experience with Version control and Build and Deploy process

·         Demo solutions to our business partners

·         Participate and contribute to team/project meetings to elevate performance and standards

·         Create solution diagrams when needed

·         Conduct code reviews ensuring that standards are followed

·         Work with users and other team members to troubleshoot production issues

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related technical major
  • Experience with Microservices is preferred
  • Programming experience in C#, Angular, Asp.net, Javascript
  • Hands on experience with API gateway is a plus
  • Genuine passion for programming
  • 7 or more years related experience
