Your Role

Life at GB is an adventure – often fast paced, unpredictable, challenging and deeply rewarding.  This role is a great way to begin your career in workers compensation. You will be an integral member of the team providing administration support for internal stakeholders.

You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following:

  • Providing administrative support to GB's Worker's Compensation Claims Management teams
  • Supporting your team by performing administrative tasks such as composing standard letters, maintaining spreadsheets, photocopying and filing documents
  • Driving your career by developing your legislative, technical and injury management knowledge through on the job learning and by attending internal/external courses as required
  • Booking appointments and referrals with service providers
  • Upload all relevant data and information into GB and Return to Work SA systems in a timely manner
  • Monitor and action emails as required
  • Provide high quality customer service to all stakeholders

We’re interested in hearing from people who possess:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • High level of data entry and attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team
