Our friendly and encouraging office are looking for an administration assistant to join them on a six month fixed-term contract with the potential to extend for a further six months.
It's a busy and varied role which provides a fresh challenge for you daily; supporting the Account Management team in a variety of administrative functions You'll need to be accurate and take pride in your work, getting things right first time is important to us.

What will you be doing?

  • You are important to our work family and sit at the centre of a broad range of administrative and support services.
  • You'll work closely with a wide range of Insurance Executives, Account Brokers and other Admin colleagues to support them in their roles.
  • Can you think of a better way to do something? We'd love to know your ideas and how we can constantly improve our methods. You will ensure operational effectiveness of the business by taking pride in achieving the best outcomes.
  • You’ll need to be PC literate and have experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.  Experience of Acturis would also be a bonus.

Experience:

  • You'll benefit from having at least 1 years' similar experience and as a minimum be educated to secondary school standard.
  • You work well under pressure and without supervision. You have a positive outlook and adopt an excellent attitude towards new challenges. We want your career to grow with us, so will provide you with full training and opportunities to develop your skills.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office along with the desire to prioritise and organise your own workload to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • You're happy to dig in and turn your hand to different duties as and when required
  • You have eligibility to work in the UK
