Group Insurance Administrator   

Corporate Services Network (CSN), recently acquired by Gallagher Bassett, is seeking an experienced Group Insurance Administrator to join our growing team. We are a high growth, successful, administration practice specialising in providing a suite of tailored services to the life insurance industry.

Your Role:

Based in our Sydney Office, we are seeking a Group Risk Administrator for a part -time position to provide efficient claims reviews, underwriting and claims administration in the Group Risk Administration team.

You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Analysis
  • Provide general policy administration, annual reviews and underwriting administration services to insurance companies.
  • Conduct premium calculations and membership reconciliations as per agreed policy schedule
  • Ensure all premiums are requested on time and followed up regularly
  • Develop positive and professional relationships with our clients
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Data Entry
  • Use of CRM system
  • Comply with the Insurance Code of Practice
  • Comply with privacy and confidentiality principle to all work practises

 

 

 

We’re interested in hearing from people who possess:

  • Minimum 12 months in either Group or Retail Life Claims Insurance Preferred
  • Degree in Actuarial or Mathematics
  • Relevant Life Insurance Experience
  • Strong technical skills across IP (predominately) and TPD (Total Permanent Disability)
  • Exceptional Communication skills- experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • PC literate – Database and Microsoft Office
  • Time management and organisational skills
  • Flexibility and receptivity to change.
