Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
•    Assists external users of the organization's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use. 
•    Identifies, investigates and researches user questions and problems, and may refer to technical, professional or service personnel for follow-up, as appropriate.   
•    Resolves most questions and problems, and refers the more complex issues to higher levels.

Additional Considerations:

Provides technical support, customer service, troubleshooting and various administrative duties as related to the maintenance and administration of www.gbriskcontrol.com, CORE360 and subsequent GB-RCCS client web platforms. Assists external users of the organization's technical products or services by answering questions and solving problems involved in their use. Identifies, investigates and researches user questions and problems, and may refer to technical, professional or service personnel for follow-up, as appropriate. Resolves most questions and problems, and refers the more complex issues to higher levels. In addition to web platform activities, supports the RCCS OSHA Advocate Team with client claim analysis in determining OSHA recordability of Workers’ Compensation claims. Monitors claims and updates recordability status, ensures accuracy and provides monthly reports. Works closely with resolution and client service managers to resolve discrepancies in recordability and data in the claim file. Communicates with client contacts to ensure all reports and information have been provided. Creates and distributes end-of-year reports to clients at reconciliation time and assists with the production of client OSHA 300 and 300A logs.
 

Required:
  • High school diploma
  • 2 or more years related work experience

  • Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
