What you’ll need to succeed

You will be a naturally skilled relationship-builder with the ability to communicate, negotiate, and advise on matters that are highly complex and sensitive in nature.  You will have the ability to anticipate our clients’ needs and also communicate effectively with persons of all levels both inside and outside the organisation.  You will be a team player drawing on strong interpersonal and written communication skills with experience delivering to a variety of audiences. 

You will be a motivated, high achieving self-starter with the ability to understand our customer journey experience at a senior level.  As such, you will have comprehensive experience in account management, in addition to an extensive injury management background; we will consider previous experience from all perspectives – you may have case management, ACC experience or been involved representing an employer working through injury management.

You will be someone who strives for results and is action orientated, able to demonstrate previous success of business growth and a reputation for outstanding service delivery.
