Claims Administrator - 12-month Contract. 

We are seeking a motivated and determined Superstar Claims Administrator to join our dynamic team based in our Sydney Office, the primary purpose of this position is to provide efficient Claims support to our Claims Consultants and key internal Partners. We believe in attracting the right people whilst maximising your contribution to our team. This is a 12-month Contract.

As a Claims Administrator you will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following:

  • Providing administrative support to GB claims management teams
  • Resolve and review the process for notifying and investigating claims. You will identify claims handling operational improvements and implement these.
  • Process non-complex claims
  • Provide professional and customer focused claims service to key Internal partners
  • Learning and understanding the claims process

  • Administration experience/knowledge of general business and administrative practices
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team-player attitude

  • PC literate – Database and Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
