To be successful in this role you will need to have previous leadership experience coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills that helps you build strong relationships with people at all levels.  A proven track record in delivering positive performance outcomes in a high volume, transactional environments, utilising your initiative and being able to make sound decisions is also critical to the success of this role.   Candidates who have experience in Property Claims will be highly regarded.
