The position

The team at GB is currently seeking a Low Risk Case Manager to join the GB team in an exciting new role. This is a permanent and full time position working alongside GB's Workers Compensation team.
 
As a Case Manager, your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
  • Taking ownership of your portfolio of Medical Expenses Only and closed-period Claims for compensation
  • Providing Workers Compensation claims advice and customer service to all involved parties such as injured workers and their employers
  • Liaising with and providing a high level of customer service to injured workers directly with relation to their claim, as well as liaising and building rapport with providers and employers to monitor effective medical treatment programs for injured workers
  • Utilising and developing effective claims management tools and skills, and working with your wider team of claims management specialists to ensure the delivery of quality service for all

  • Administration experience/knowledge of general business and administrative practices
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a team-player attitude
