Corporate Services Network (CSN), recently acquired by Gallagher Bassett, is seeking an experienced Group Insurance Specialist to join our team.
The Position
Based in our Sydney Office, the primary purpose of the Group Insurance Specialist is to provide technical support and quality control for reviews, underwriting and claims within the Group Risk Administration team. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Monitor adherence to quality processes and practices (incorporating peer review)
  • Participate in QA initiatives throughout the company
  • Provide effective and timely reporting to internal and external parties
  • Develop and implement improvement processes
  • Develop and maintain a process manual recording current practice
  • Contribute to the development of the junior administrators by providing technical support
  • Demonstrate our values in all interactions with clients and staff
The Candidate
To be successful, you will have Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, a minimum of 5 years experience in Group Insurance, including exposure to product design, pricing and administration.  We are looking for someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, organised, flexible and receptive to change.  You will have demonstrated problem solving and resolutions skills and the ability to use initiative and be proactive.  Having RG146 accreditation is desirable.
