Building a Culture of Inclusion

Gallagher has established a dedicated Culture & Inclusion (C&I) Center of Excellence to set global direction and enterprise priorities to drive a diverse and inclusive culture.

We are also building global communities of practice to give voice to Gallagher’s commitment and put priorities into action in ways that are relevant locally around the world.

The Employee Experience

Gallagher invests in growing our Talent, Leadership, and Development capabilities and programs. We created a global Center of Excellence (CoE) that focuses on evolving our Employee Experience by building new development opportunities for our people.

One of the guiding principles of the CoE is to embed Gallagher’s Culture and Inclusion standards into everything we design, build and launch globally in talent management, leadership and employee development.

Gallagher’s commitment to driving culture and inclusion encompasses actions that reflect and empower local initiatives. From enhancing our talent management practices to attract and retain a diverse workforce through to establishing mentoring networks, we have a dedicated program of work that cultivates a fair, respectful and inclusive culture.

Unleashing Local Grassroots Efforts

Gallagher is building an inclusive environment through creation of culture champions who at a grass root level are building awareness, celebrating diversity and are furthering an inclusive environment where all can thrive. This includes outreach and community connections to partner with our communities.

Building Our Early Talent Pipeline

Gallagher is taking action to drive increased early talent recruitment through goal setting, targeting diverse universities and augmenting our diversity intern recruitment process.

This includes creation of an Early Talent Acquisition taskforce to finalize and foster additional relationships with key D&I national programs.

At Gallagher, we are committed to doing what is best for our clients. Gallagher Connect Partners refers to our network of Minority, Women and other diverse certified insurance agencies strategically selected be our strategic partners.

This Partnership supports our mission by cultivating trusted relationships between diverse partners and Gallagher to better serve our clients. By promoting Partner specializations and mutually servicing accounts, together, we aim to reduce our clients Total Cost of Risk and to deliver value to clients.
