Who We Are

In 2021 Crombie Lockwood was listed as an HRD New Zealand 5-Star Employer of Choice. This award was in recognition of achievements and initiatives across a range of aspects of the employee experience.

In 2020 we were named in the Top Insurance Workplaces list. The report recognised employers for excelling in areas including remuneration and training, diversity, access to technology, health and rewards schemes.

We are one of the largest insurance broking companies in New Zealand, yet we still maintain a strong client focus and the longstanding relationships our business is built on.

Our company started in the provinces, expanded across New Zealand, then gained international backing when we became part of Gallagher in 2014.
