Position Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-motivated digital marketer who will be responsible for building and managing high-yielding ROI digital marketing campaigns and sales funnels for niche insurance products and value-add benefits.



  • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies and sales funnels for various company brands and product lines that yield quantifiable, relevant traffic, leads and sales conversions
  • Regularly engage with business development team members to understand products, target audiences, identify key value propositions and product messaging
  • Work with creative team to develop compelling sales funnel support content
  • Track, measure and analyze all initiatives and regularly report on KPIs
    • Analyze trends over time and use these insights to build more effective campaigns
    • Produce reports detailing campaign channel effectiveness and ROI; make recommendations based on insights
    • Share relevant insights with business development team on competition, market changes and product enhancement opportunities
  • Recommend website strategies that maximize SEO and PPC ROI
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required. 
  • Experience with managing and Marketing Automation Tools (like Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, Watson, or Marketo) in a B2B environment required.


  • Have demonstrable experience successfully managing digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Excel at optimizing search and display campaign targeting, ad copy, keyword quality scores, landing page content and CTAs to meet or outperform target CPA and revenue goals
  • Have extensive experience configuring website analytics and tracking events using Google Tag Manager
  • Experience configuring campaign conversion tracking via pixels, JavaScript and data layer events in GTM
  • Expert knowledge of SEO and a proven track record establishing first page organic SERP for critical content
  • Experience with email drip and nurture tracking campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years minimum of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Excellent analytic, reporting and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for marketing!
