Position Summary:

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is able to collaborate with cross-functional resources to manage Marketing Operations campaigns or technology initiatives. This position will own responsibility for translating Coverdell’s marketing and technology strategies into operational requirements and executing successful implementation. This role will touch all marketing and administrative systems and platforms, tools and applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Leads coordination of operational aspects of new marketing programs and technology initiatives including: requirements scoping and documentation, establishment of controls, communication with involved partners, and ongoing oversight and management
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external customers, and with vendors, in order to assure proper understanding and execution of implementation, and resolution of concerns and issues Provides partners with necessary documentation and technical guidance for integrations
    • Keeps key stakeholders informed of status and any obstacles identified throughout the program lifecycle
    • Monitors operations email account, and ensures prompt response to any inquiries
  • Participate in setup of marketing and administrative systems Build automation flows using the CRM automation software and manage the existing logic (GUI interfaces – no coding required)
    • Configure administrative systems on an as needed basis
  • Performs quality assurance for all programs and initiatives
    • Reviews necessary systems configurations for accuracy
    • Ensures the full customer experience is validated prior to all marketing program launches
    • Takes responsibility for creating an end-to-end test plan and executes the plan
    • Develops and executes full validation checklist for customer experience post-launch
  • Supports internal functional teams regarding assigned marketing programs and initiatives from inception through launch Assists with training and documentation of programs
    • Produces ad-hoc campaign reporting for marketing and operations as necessary
    • Investigates and resolves any issues with regard to program, data or system configurations, and proposes controls to prevent future issues
  • Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related requests as needed 





  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years related experience required
  • Skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
