What is the role?
The role involves providing overall project support including getting updates from stream leads on tracking against project plans, updating risks and issues, producing reports and briefing packs and managing the logistical requirements of the projects.
The role will also require providing admin support to the COO.

More specifically you will:
  • Facilitate branch meetings and report on feedback relating to projects impacting the branch network
  • Help co-ordinate change management activities relating to the roll-out of major projects
  • Analyse reports on agreed project success criteria and highlight areas that require attention
  • Develop and maintain project delivery schedules
  • Source, collate and compile relevant data and information to identify issues and risks
  • Assist in developing solutions to project risks
  • Provide support to COO including diary management, booking meetings, travel bookings and expense submission

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role you will possess:


  • Demonstrated experience managing coordination support of various projects.

  • Strong organizational skills, able to multitask, manage conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and specifically an ability to extract, summarise and communicate in easy to understand language, the “need to know” points to senior stakeholders

  • Hands on experience in Excel and project management tools (eg MS Project) 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders

  • Previous experience in broking would be advantageous 

  • At least 3 years’ experience either providing admin support for projects or providing admin support in an operations environment
