Reporting to the Group HR Director, the Manager Remuneration & Benefits acts as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership, HR team and Gallagher business for AUNZ on all remuneration and benefits programs. We are seeking a seasoned specialist with demonstrated experience in analytics, remuneration and benefits practices – a self-motivated individual to take full ownership of the role and be a trusted partner to the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage remuneration programs, cyclical activities (annual remuneration review), market benchmarking/pricing, salary continuance and superannuation offerings
  • Provision of expert remuneration and benefit advice to business leaders and HR team
  • Assist in governance of remuneration framework
  • Experience with designing attractive and equitable incentive and rewards programs
  • Provide interpretation and counsel to Executive Leadership Team/HR particularly during the annual remuneration processes to ensure data integrity, processes are fair and equitable and in line with reward strategy
  • Support business with implementation of new initiatives and major remuneration change programs
  • Ability to source, analyse and model complex data into provision of remuneration, performance and benefits advice – clearly and simply

This is a great opportunity and to be considered, you must be able to demonstrate previous success as a Remuneration & Benefits specialist, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry in a matrixed organisation. You will have experience in all facets of Remuneration & Benefits and be adept in providing crucial advice to key stakeholders across the AUNZ business.
