About the role

As a Consultant, your key focus will be to provide services and support to the education and training division of the Workplace Risk (WPR) team. This includes development of content, coordination of all logistical and administrative considerations and facilitation of key education and training events. 

Through these functions, the objective of the role is to collaborate with the WPR team and the broader Gallagher team in the continuous improvement of our service offerings and to assist in achieving budget and growth. 

Your impact will be seen through:

  • Development of high-quality workplace education and training content in accordance with client needs

  • Provision of workplace education and training services to a range of existing clients

  • Efficient coordination of Gallagher workshop series and client networking events in order to support business development

  • Generation of workplace education and training work through maximising of existing client opportunities and seeking out new business opportunities

  • Accurate and timely record keeping and processing of documentation

About you

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Successful background in learning and development, injury management, HR function, workforce planning or similar;

  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management and influencing skills, with proven networking ability;

  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills;

  • Dynamic and driven personality, with strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications will be highly regarded;
