About the role
As the administration assistant you will provide flexible support to the Insurance Brokers by assisting with account management and administration of clients’ insurance policies as well as be engaged in data entry and policy document preparation. This role will see you: 

  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support with invoices; quotes; premium and adjustment calculations
  • Receipting of payments
  • Undertaking data entry of policy documents with speed, excellent accuracy and high attention to detail 
  • Obtaining required information for incomplete policy documents
  • Verifying policy data and correcting data where necessary
  • Back up/holiday support for insurer and client payments and EOM reporting

About you?
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Very strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent calculation, processing, and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work 
  • Ability to professionally engage with existing and potential clients via email and telephone
  • A driven, passionate professional who is an enthusiastic team player 
  • Ability to focus and be comfortable entering large volumes of data 
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word & Excel essential)
  • Insurance experience preferred but not essential to be successful in this role
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (preferred but not essential)
